Agency Responsibilities

3 virtual prenatal classes for all Birth clients
Client intake, screening, matching, and contracts
Invoicing, billing, and payment collection
Marketing, website listings, and social media presence
Backup doula coordination
Mentorship and ongoing education
Guidance through insurance credentialling

Doula Responsibilities

Provide all in-person support as outlined in client package
Maintain timely, professional communication with clients and the agency
Maintain detailed notes throughout contract using software to be provided
Carry and maintain personal professional liability insurance
Uphold ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality
Participate in mentorship and team education as applicable
