All doulas are expected to:

Communicate promptly with clients and agency mentors.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Maintain required certifications (CPR/First Aid, insurance, etc.).
Attend mentorship meetings and complete all required workshops.
Represent Anchor & Bloom with integrity in all client and community interactions.
Full standards, expectations and code of conduct thoughtfully reviewed during onboarding and through out training.
